Skip link

The skip link component assists keyboard-only and screen-reader users in skipping to the main content on a page or directly to the search input, allowing them to bypass the header and navigation. This feature remains visually hidden until activated by a keyboard press.

Preview

Placement

The skip link is initially hidden from view on every page of the website and becomes visible only when activated by a keyboard.

Customisation

A brand colour can be applied to the button background.
